Event Decor & Rental Company Policies


Booking & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event .
  • Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment plus a rush fee.
  • Contracts must be signed  and returned upon receipt or else booking will be automatically canceled two days after initial contract receipt. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event forfeit all payments made.
  • Rescheduling is subject to date availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply depending on circumstances.


Rentals & Equipment

  • All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Damaged, lost, or stolen items will incur a replacement fee.
  • Rentals are for event-day use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Client is responsible for ensuring rental items are secure during the event.

Decor & Setup

  • Our team is responsible for setup and breakdown unless otherwise specified in your contract.
  • Setup time and access must be coordinated in advance with the venue.
  • We are not responsible for decor moved, tampered with, or damaged by guests, vendors, or venue staff after setup is complete.
  • Certain venues may require proof of insurance; clients are responsible for confirming venue requirements.

Client Responsibilities

  • Client must provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and access information.
  • Any last-minute changes (within 72 hours) are subject to additional fees.
  • Client (or a designated point of contact) must be present for final walkthrough and approval at setup.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by improper use of rentals or decor once setup is complete.
  • Weather-related risks (wind, rain, etc.) affecting outdoor setups are the responsibility of the client. Alternate arrangements are strongly recommended for outdoor events.

Photography & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to photograph completed setups for portfolio and marketing purposes.
  • Client information will remain confidential unless explicit permission is given.
